We value your business and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. However, in the unlikely event that you may wish to return a purchased item, a claim must be submitted within 7 days (of receiving shipment). Please submit your claim to email@example.com. To receive a refund, any free items included in the order must be sealed and returned in original condition. A re-stocking fee will be applied according to the schedule below.
If you would like to return a product that you’ve opened, we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

Sealed products within 7 days of receipt eligible for a refund less cost of shipping plus 15% restocking fee.
Sealed products within 30 days of receipt eligible for refund less cost of shipping plus 20% restocking fee.
Opened products within 30 days of receipt eligible for exchange or refund less cost of shipping plus 25% restocking fee.
If you place an order with perishable food items and are unable to pick-up, give incorrect shipping information and/or refuse order. You will be charged for the cost of said goods and any shipping costs incurred.
